You simply complete the registration for your private patient portal that can be accessed anytime 24/7.
We care for Women, Men and Teens 12 years and older. Our physicians and team are experienced to care for all of your needs with competency and compassion.
REAL Weight Loss + Wellness is owned and operated by the Founder, Dr. Jada Moore-Ruffin, a medical doctor who specializes in nonsurgical weight loss and wellness. Our programs are fully developed, led and supervised by medical doctors. You will have certified and licensed professionals for every part of your care. We believe we have the best team in the business.
We have a variety of payment options. We accept Health Care Savings Plans (HSA), Major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, we partner with Care Credit and United Medical for Financing options. While we do not directly contract with health insurance plans, you may be eligible to use your plans whenever possible for related services and discounts.
