ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Jada Moore-Ruffin
Your very own personal weight loss and wellness doctor is in!
Known as “Dr. Jada” to her clients and loyal followers, REAL’s Medical Director Dr. Jada Moore-Ruffin is a nationally recognized weight loss physician, wellness expert and personal success coach. She is double Board-certified in Family Medicine and Medical Bariatrics (non surgical obesity medicine), as well as a certified integrative nutrition coach.
Over many years as a Primary Care Physician, Dr. Jada saw too often that many of the issues faced by her patients were preventable. That sparked her second specialty in bariatric medicine, her focus on metabolism and hormone therapies, and her holistic approach. Now that nearly half of Americans are overweight or obese, a concentration on weight management is Dr. Jada’s core strategy for getting to the root of other health issues that her patients face.
